Fresh Mom Recovery
These 5 weeks of unlimited classes are designed for women 2 weeks postpartum (bleeding has stopped) and under 1 year postpartum.

For this stage in motherhood, healing occurs during reconnection with core, diaphragm, and pelvic floor through breath work combined with gentle progressive exercises. We'll work on controlling intra-abdominal pressure through common life & gym movements such as squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, natural movement, and conditioning.

We take enormous consideration to help heal diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, common postpartum aches, and tightness. Come for recovery, come for community! Babes always welcome!

These sessions are semi-private with space limited to only 4 women. This allows personal attention while in a group setting!
