These 5 weeks of unlimited classes are designed for women at any stage of pregnancy looking for specific training to stay active during, begin exercise, or support continuing movement with orthopedic limitations like SI joint pain, diastasis recti, pubic symphosis, or bed rest.
Strength and health longevity come with core, diaphragm, and pelvic floor connection through breath work combined with challenging yet bump appropriate movements. We'll work on controlling intra-abdominal pressure through common life & gym movements such as squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, natural movement, and conditioning. This prepares the body for not only changing through pregnancy, but for the hard work of birth, recovering postpartum, and the physical demands of motherhood!
We take enormous consideration to help prevent or work with diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, common aches, and tightness. Come for health, come for community! Kids always welcome!
These sessions are semi-private with space limited to only 4 women. This allows personal attention while in a group setting!
